Windows 10 desktop training will turn even the most analog users into system power users – able to operate productively and efficiently. Our basic courses cover the user interface, concepts, and general operations. If you already are well versed in Windows, our advanced courses cover more in depth material, maintenance, installation, cleanup, and low-level system administration. We also offer power user level courses, covering advanced system techniques, local management, security & repair, powertoys, powershell, and an introduction to Windows 11.

Our Apple Mac OS training helps users enjoy the cohesive benefits of the Apple ecosystem. Whether you’re a beginner, long-term Apple-fan, or migrating from a different platform, we have the training you need to get up to speed. Our Mac OS Basics training course covers the basic interface, productivity operations, and system setup and personalization. Our advanced training course takes it a step further by going into detail on maintenance, application installation and configuration, inter-platform compatibility, and a comparison of added value products, as well as the difference between PowerPC/Sparc, Intel-based, and new Apple-silicon devices and equipment, and what to anticipate.
For users migrating to or from the Apple ecosystem, we offer migration training, which will introduce users to the differences between the Microsoft and Apple methods, and the best practices for each, and down the middle. We cover the differences between Office-for-Mac and Office-for-Windows, and take a look at virtualization solutions.

We offer GNU/Linux training courses on a variety of different distributions and derivative flavors. Our training is primarily offered in three tiers, basic, core and advanced. We rotate through 4 common distributions – Ubuntu, Debian, Fedora and OpenSUSE – in sequential training courses, so you can find availability for the distribution of your choice.
If you’re looking for something specialized, or require training in a Linux topic we don’t cover in our general courses, please contact us – we’re eager to develop and expand our training solutions to encompass the needs of professional Linux users, hobbyists, and hackers – and in tune with that, we’ll give you a discount if you bring a group or refer your friends.

If a training course isn’t at capacity at least one-week before the expected date of training, users with training booked on that date will have the option to be refunded or reschedule at a later date.
Unfortunately, except as listed above, we can not offer refunds or returns on our pre-booked training services. Additionally, if you are not able to attend your booked date, you will not be able to receive a refund – though we will offer you a discount on rebooking, or pro-bono course seat, at our circumstantial discretion.
We’re able to modify and customize our training courses, or develop new ones, specific to you or your business requirements. Additionally, we can offer training on specific equipment, business processes, auditing and performance tasks, and other non-technology exclusive scopes of work, that fall within the realm of our business strategy. All of our workshops can also be performed on-site at your location. If you’re in Toronto, there’s no additional cost! If you’re outside of Toronto, a distance charge may apply. The minimum order requirement for on-site training is a full course – you must purchase all of the seats available. The multi-seat discount and managed support discount still apply.
